After visiting with your doctor regarding your health status it can be a daunting task of figuring out how to reach your goals of improved health, be it through weight loss, exercise and nutritional objectives, and reductions in specific blood biomarkers, i.e., blood sugar, insulin, and lipids such as cholesterol and triglycerides. The internet is full of confounding misinformation and dogmatic viewpoints regarding methods to achieve these physician-based directives. As a result, most people are confused by what to do and how to get started on their path to renewed health. Precision Health Performance does all the work for you in creating a health plan in conjunction with your physician to get you on the right track for your own personalized success. Every person is different with regards to their health status and as a result will have different objectives.
Health Examination & Intervention
Initial Face to Face/Zoom Meeting (free):
In this meeting we will discuss your situation/condition and talk about generalized goals that you and/or your physician has laid out. In this 30-60 minute meeting you will have a clear understanding of the PHP interventional process.
Analysis of Data/Forms:
You will be required to fill out the following on-line forms addressing:
- Health History
- Exercise
- Sleep/Chrono
- Stress
You will be asked to provide a detailed analysis of your daily nutritional intake in addition to sharing the results of any lab-tested blood biomarkers ordered by your physician. This will provide important and necessary information to dial in the details of your specific interventional Plan/Program.
Testing:
Fasted testing of your metabolic health and aerobic exercise indicies along with obtaining anthropometric data will be required to aid in determining present health status.
Plan/Program:
Based on the analysis of the obtained and measured data, intitial directives in the design of your interventions will be conducted and presented in a follow up meeting.
3 Follow up scheduled Calls:
At approximately 2-4 week intervals, 3 follow up meetings/talks will be scheduled with the client to ensure proper implementation of the interventions and further tweeking of the program. Every effort will be made to ensure successful outcomes.
Other Services
Personal Training
Includes warm up, training, & flexibility/mobility; duration is 45 mins – 1.25 hours
Strength/Training Assessment
The client will undergo a thorough assessment of the following:
- Body Composition: set up dexa or take skin fold measures along with BW & waist circumference
- Lower body strength
- Mobility/balance
- Flexibility
- Upper body strength
- Core: strength and stability
- aerobic threshhold
Design Training Program and Teach Program (1 session)
Based on the assessment, a personalized 8-week training program will be devised in addition to 1 personal training session to teach it. If the client signs up for a minimum of 8 personal training sessions, the program is at no extra charge. This program can be fitness/health based or sport-specific based depending on your current level of training and at what level of sport you compete/play. Designing sport-specific programs to enhance performance has been my forte for the past 30 years!
